There comes a time in any person’s life when they think they have found the other half of their heart. What do I mean? Love, of course. Ahh yes, love – the culmination of emotions, the portal to sentimental adventures, and the gateway to delight. What a wonderful time of life, isn’t it? Plenty of people would think so at the length of the day, but when the date ends and they snuggle up among the warmth of the sheets, most of them expect no sleep. But is it really? Believe it or not, I just did it the other day. It was almost the end of a long Sunday. I was exchanging SMS messages with some friends, and we talked about how each other’s day went. I was worn out by the day’s activities, yet I felt that I had to catch up with these people that I haven’t seen for at least a week. Comfortably lying on my precious bed, I sent numerous messages to a number of my closest friends. I was on the verge of falling asleep, but I was determined to keep myself awake for my amigos. I texted and I texted. I yawned a couple of times, and texted some more.

Lack of such would result to negative effects such as headaches, muscle pain, irritation, etc. If not treated properly and immediately, an imbalance sleeping schedule may lead to some serious health problems, like blurred vision, lethargy, and sometimes even alcoholism. Many people suffer from sleep deprivation because of numerous reasons, but some of the most common causes include: hectic schedules, overactive lifestyles, and unhealthy diets.
